Alexander (Mr. Bowen respectfully and professionally) began working on my case in 2022. From that time to date, he has advocated for and worked with me throughout (what I feel) was a very unique and, at times, stressful sale. ALWAYS pleasant, ALWAYS available, and ALWAYS willing to support and FINALLY achieved a satisfying outcome. I do not take these reviews lightly-they are important for the customer, the salesperson as well as the dealership. Purchasing a vehicle involves a lot of time, thought and, MONEYy!!!!
