I have used this service center for all my repairs on both previous and current car. Have always been pleased. Joe was professional and pleasant to work with. Only disappointment is that i asked to ha both previous and current car. Have always been pleased. Joe was professional and pleasant to work with. Only disappointment is that i asked to have Blue Tooth activated with my new iPhone. The young mechanic was very pleasant and thought he had activated Blue Tooth. Got home and found it still had not been activated. More

This was a return visit from one week ago. I presented three problems: the first was my check engine light was on was on again and which I reported the prior week; secondly my AC needed repairing and for three problems: the first was my check engine light was on was on again and which I reported the prior week; secondly my AC needed repairing and for a brake inspection. Only one issue was resolved — the AC. I waited for more than four hours and was extremely tired by the time I left. I was told nothing was wrong with the brakes even though my car was still moving when I pressed the brake pedal. After telling the intake person that they then drove the car and told me the calipers needed to be untightened. That didn’t work as my car stopped even less on the way home. I am going to have to go elsewhere to fix the brakes. The check engine light was a second-time issue. The first time I was told no diagnostic codes were identified and that the light was off. This time I’m told something having to do with air flow needs to be replaced but the car is in no danger of stopping though the light may be on. I paid $400 and I don’t really feel I received much in return. More
