Great service ,Joe the service rep was both professional and courteous. We were scheduled Friday to replace the passenger side mirror, and all four tires . Joe called to let us know replacing the tires wasn and courteous. We were scheduled Friday to replace the passenger side mirror, and all four tires . Joe called to let us know replacing the tires wasn’t necessary, but other issues were found which we told him to take care of. They did inform us that the mirror they had in stock was damaged but one would be in on Monday. The other work was completed Friday , we picked up car Saturday. We returned with car on Monday and to our surprise and delight the mirror was replaced in twenty minutes. I will continue to do business with your place . Thank you and Joe for making the experience very easy. More

I am very disappointed in the service I received there. I am a loyal customer and am highly disappointed in my experience there. It seems that your company is trying to charge me again for a service that I am a loyal customer and am highly disappointed in my experience there. It seems that your company is trying to charge me again for a service that wasn't repaired correctly in the first place. I will be taking my concerns to the bbb and attorney general office. More
