My receipt stated, I requested the service. Juan Vazquez did by way of letters sent to me. I was told 30000 miles for that service when I came in July for oil change and tires rotated. If that service wasn’t due yet, he should have told me that. Don’t write on the paper work that I requested it. I’m losing confidence in Oak Lawn Toyota. More
