Trade In In July I went in with my Forester for a routine oil change. I had a lease and inquired how close I was to accumulating over mileage before my lease was up. Reception directed to me to Valentia Craig in Sales. She looked up my information and informed me that I would need to trade soon. We briefly talked about my options and I decided to transfer to the 2015 Outback. That day I was in a time crunch and was only available for a short period of time to complete the transaction. Valentina was able to trade me out in less than 2hrs with no errors!!! She took care of everything and met my terms and condition. She put me in the car i wanted at the payment I could afford. Being a new model and only the 2nd they had on the lot, not all were trained with the new features yet. She took the time to trouble shoot, call Subaru directly and have a 45min phone conversation to answer my questions. Service was great and helped too. Jose in finance took care of my buy out quickly and correctly. All involved get a 5star rating with great appreciation to Valentina. I was so impressed that I had to get her a gift! More

I told him my situation, my needs, and my wants and he explain I was able to walk in and speak to Joe W. immediately. He answered all of my questions. I told him my situation, my needs, and my wants and he explained what would work best for me. He also took the time to help with my insurance and registration questions (I moved to a different state). Joe answered my emails promptly and followed-up by telephone the next day, making himself available to me. I really enjoyed my experience and I am extremely happy with my Subaru! After everything was said and done, I was contacted about a price reduction for my monthly lease payments, which was pretty great. Jose was thorough and friendly. More

Scary Experience I love my car even though it's leased. I walked out one day having bought a car and after a few days told Miles I simply couldn't do it . I'm retire I love my car even though it's leased. I walked out one day having bought a car and after a few days told Miles I simply couldn't do it . I'm retired and have to watch my monthly expenditures. So I went back and we talked and we both decided leasing could be perfect for me and it was within my budget. I'm almost 80, still a good driver (that's what we all say!) but who knows. So here I am, the proud owner of a 2015 Forester, and totally loving it. Miles is the best! More

Excellent experience buying a used Subaru Our son was looking to purchase a used Subaru, we found quite a few very impressive cars online at this dealership. We met Chaim in the used car department and found him to be no nonsense, no BS. We found one car we really liked and Chaim went to extremes to make the car as perfect as we liked, including installing leather seats for modest cost. The business side of the deal was handled equally impressive by Jose. We were pretty close to the end of the 30 day dealer warranty when we noticed a bubble in a tire. We knew it should be repaired but prepared for a challenge, but that did not happen. The service department was excellent, mad e few tweaks, gave us a new tire, and made us a very satisfied customer family. We will definitely come back here even though it is a 50 mile drive. More

Every aspect of our recent Outback purchase was a very pleasant experience. Josh was great to work with - knowledgeable and very enthusiastic about the cars he is selling. He was professional and did his job well without being overly pushy to close the sale. We felt very comfortable working with Josh and know that his clients will do well by him. "Big Mike" was very straight forward with us on what they could or couldn't do in terms of price and didn't try to hide anything. Their vehicles are well priced to the market value and they will stand behind them. After our discussion I felt comfortable that we were getting a fair price on our purchase and also got a fair value for our trade in. We would highly recommend paying these folks a visit for your next car purchase. We will definitely be returning for our future car needs. More
