After never before leasing a vehicle, and having to do so to obtain the rebates, I feel that the process and costs need a much more thorough explanation than what I was given. It took unnecessary hours befor to obtain the rebates, I feel that the process and costs need a much more thorough explanation than what I was given. It took unnecessary hours before the numbers were provided that were needed to make an informed decision and fully compare purchase vs leasing. Even after that, a customer does not receive paperwork for review until after leaving the dealership. Lastly, I didn't find out until the next day that I wouldn't receive the payoff from my trade until weeks later. I still haven't received that. More
