After months of searching across various SoCal dealerships, I finally acquired my Mirai, and I must say, LOOK NO FURTHER! Originally scheduled for an appointment the following week, I decided dealerships, I finally acquired my Mirai, and I must say, LOOK NO FURTHER! Originally scheduled for an appointment the following week, I decided to drop by while in the area, stumbled into Jorge with a random question and immediately knew that's it! Jorge was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, honest, trustworthy (I'm telling ya!!), and went above and beyond without being overly intrusive, unlike sales reps in most other dealerships. After looking for a car in multiple dealerships, including some Toyota ones, it was a pleasant experience talking to Mr. Jorge. He explained my options and answered all my questions. I told him that including some Toyota ones, it was a pleasant experience talking to Mr. Jorge. He explained my options and answered all my questions. I told him that I was not interested in any ad-on or optional accessories for my car and he respected that so we could negotiate only the final price of the car. When it was time for me to decide, he did not pressure me and waited patiently until I made my decision. Jorge was the one who picked up my call when I made my first call to ask about a pre-owned Mirai that I saw on the Longo website. It was summer afternoon and he just went right out to check if the car I i first call to ask about a pre-owned Mirai that I saw on the Longo website.
