Ryan and the team at CDJR of Leesburg were awesome and knowledgeable. Ryan was patient, friendly and kept us informed as the process went along. We had so many people check in on us, I can't remember most knowledgeable. Ryan was patient, friendly and kept us informed as the process went along. We had so many people check in on us, I can't remember most of their names, but it was genuine and refreshing to see. Ryan was able to win my wife over as this was to be her car. After the sale was completed Ryan setup profile in the Compass for her and gave her an overview on how to use the features of the car. The atmosphere is very laid back without added pressure. The sales staff were very friendly and extremely knowledgeable which is a rare commodity these days. I am very disappointed with the assurances made by the sales agent regarding repairs. Now that the sale is complete, I have been informed that I will need to pay out of pocket for the paint repairs that t sales agent regarding repairs. Now that the sale is complete, I have been informed that I will need to pay out of pocket for the paint repairs that the sales agent promised. This is unacceptable, and I expect the commitments made to be honored. I visited in person and spoke with a manager to follow up the next day, but I never received a call. When I called in, I was told that he would call me shortly, but the end of the day came, and I still hadn't heard from him. Eventually, I was informed that he had gone home and would call me tomorrow. However, I don't believe I will receive that call. More
