I left a message with service tech after picking up the car right before closing and he assured me that the needed r followed up on all my questions. While I did feel I was being oversold on an expensive 40K service (the car had been thoroughly inspected upon buying out the lease in 2019, and had minimal 2020 mileage due to the pandemic), I opted for a reduced service that I was comfortable with.
