It was so great learning about my new Mercedes’ from Johnny. I bought the car from a different dealership and brought it in to ask some simple questions around the app. Instead of just answering those q Johnny. He helped me learn the ins and outs of the vehicle including showing me how to park with the park assist. He exhibited patience and understanding while helping. I was beyond impressed with his professionalism. What an amazing person to have on staff. Mercedes of Natick is lucky to have him and should 100% give him a big raise :-) Honestly, I would buy my next car from Mercedes’ of Natick just because of this experience and I will recommend that all of my friends and coworkers buy their next Mercedes’ from Mercedes’ of Natick.
