Jonny is very patient and knows MB tech as well as my car's capabilities backwards and forwards, despite it being a new model to the market. He has been teaching me how to get the most out of my vehicle' car's capabilities backwards and forwards, despite it being a new model to the market. He has been teaching me how to get the most out of my vehicle's high- and low-tech features and created a written package containing easy to refer how-tos and car commands. He even replied to me, off work hours, to a question I had. He's clearly dedicated to what he does and MB of Natick is very fortunate to have him in their group. More
