Jonny, was quite patient with this dinosaur with his new car and its highly complex electronic features. In addition to the hour plus at the dealership, Jonny later came to my home and spent an additional car and its highly complex electronic features. In addition to the hour plus at the dealership, Jonny later came to my home and spent an additional hour with me; and then rescued me as I was returning from court in Hartford when an infernal "Attention Assist-Nodding off take a break" kept beeping. I say infernal because I was alert with both hands on the steering wheel. Anyway, I pulled over and Jonny via facetime walked me through disabling the infuriating--and misplaced- "assistance." I don't usually write positive reviews for car buying experiences because most often, they are unpleasant and frustrating. I just bought/leased a Mercedes Benz GLC 350e, plug in hybrid from Sudbury Merc experiences because most often, they are unpleasant and frustrating. I just bought/leased a Mercedes Benz GLC 350e, plug in hybrid from Sudbury Mercedes and I had a very positive experience. My salesperson, Franciso Robledo was amazing. He was friendly, funny, open and just a pleasure to deal with. He esponds quickly to questions after sale and will follow up if he doesn't have the answer at the time.. The dealership's tech advisor, Jonny Pham, is also incredibly helpful in teaching you about the details of how the car's many electronic gadgets work. He gave me a phone number to text additional questions after our two hour tutorial and he has been responsive with my follow up questions. I wasn't too happy about the finance guy's attempt to sell me a host of extras after the sale, but I think that is his function and I understood. I just said no to everything. All in all, it was a great experience, a fair price (there was bargaining but that is to be expected) and I love this car. More

We just got our new Mercedes' first one and had an excellent experience at Sudbury Mercedes . Starting with Sharon our greeter to our Guru teacher Jonny each one was outstanding . Dakota was our sa excellent experience at Sudbury Mercedes . Starting with Sharon our greeter to our Guru teacher Jonny each one was outstanding . Dakota was our sales person , very professional , gave us all the facts about various models which made it easy for us to make a selection .when we came to pick up our car she even surprised us with complimentary mats for the car. The sales manager Brad Raftor very genuine and someone u could trust fully gave us the best price without any negotiation. It didnt feel like a car dealership more like a family . The last but least without taking a 3 hour lesson from our teacher Jonny we would not be able to drive our new car and use any of its functions . He is extremely knowledgeable, patient and tech Guru Went thru each and every option in the car and set up apps on the phone . I would highly recommend to take a lesson from him worth every minute .
