Andrew was very helpful, patient and professional from the start of the sale, he even sent a detailed video. Johnathan seriously did more to get my deal done than any other mngr, easy to work with. Sales side was a positive experience. Service side was terrible. It took 3 days for them to perform a transmission flush. Our salesman and sales manager were very polite, professional. We were upset coming from another dealership that said our purchase was confirmed only to get there and they wanted more money down tha professional.
