Charge for a service that was not done
I took my car to this dealership for a B1 service (Oil change + Tire rotation), drop the vehicle and waited a few hours for the requested service to b
I took my car to this dealership for a B1 service (Oil change + Tire rotation), drop the vehicle and waited a few hours for the requested service to be done. I paid my invoice when the service was completed and walked to my car and to my big surprise I noticed that the tires were never rotated since I had marks identifying the front tires. I went back and confronted the service adviser who apologize and asked me to wait another 15/20minutes so that they can complete the rotation.
How many customers paid for service at this dealership and never got the service done? I will never take my car to this dealership for service, they lost my trust.

friendly, and informative. My only complaint would be that, as I have back problems, my seat is set to exactly how I need it to be, in order to stay
