Charge for a service that was not done I took my car to this dealership for a B1 service (Oil change + Tire rotation), drop the vehicle and waited a few hours for the requested service to b I took my car to this dealership for a B1 service (Oil change + Tire rotation), drop the vehicle and waited a few hours for the requested service to be done. I paid my invoice when the service was completed and walked to my car and to my big surprise I noticed that the tires were never rotated since I had marks identifying the front tires. I went back and confronted the service adviser who apologize and asked me to wait another 15/20minutes so that they can complete the rotation. How many customers paid for service at this dealership and never got the service done? I will never take my car to this dealership for service, they lost my trust. Service is always great. Staff is always welcoming, friendly, and informative. My only complaint would be that, as I have back problems, my seat is set to exactly how I need it to be, in order to stay friendly, and informative. My only complaint would be that, as I have back problems, my seat is set to exactly how I need it to be, in order to stay pain-free. So I would ask, if possible, that my seat settings not be changed (minus pushing the seat back, of course). More
