Outstanding Experience In 2014, I purchased my 1st Subaru Forester 2.0 XT from Sport Subaru which ran to perfection for several years with the help of Sport Service Manager In 2014, I purchased my 1st Subaru Forester 2.0 XT from Sport Subaru which ran to perfection for several years with the help of Sport Service Manager Mike and their Service Representative Jean Martin. Desiring to explore an upgrade to another SUV with additional safety features and options, Mike the Service Manager referred me directly to the General Manager Ramon and Product Specialist Trevor Jeffrey. The buying experience of getting me into my 2nd Subaru, a 2017 Outback Limited 2.5i with Eye Sight & Starlink was truly exceptional. Trevor was very knowledgeable of all features and options of the vehicles in the Subaru lineup. In addition, Ramon the GM, gave me top dollar for the trade-in value of the 2.0 XT. The Finance Manager Jon Frisby who handled my 1st Subaru purchase was on station again for processing for my 2nd Subaru purchase. Jon was very professional with no hard pitches for any add-ons. During the processing, Jon even discovered a discount that was used in lowering the final price. I already knew what I wanted, but, if I hadn't, his depth of knowledge on the similarities, differences, and features of each model on the lot would have been a great help in deciding. There was never any pressure to buy or to finance with them (which I ended up doing anyway because they beat my bank's rate). James was great at being available and continuing to stay in touch without being pushy. He even called the day after the purchase to see if I had run into any problems or questions. Jonathan helped me with all the paperwork and warranties. Like James, his knowledge of coverages and what he's seen with previous buyers really helped in deciding on what protection was right for me. While I don't think he is employed directly by the dealership, Erik Del Cid got me set up through the insurance company I already had. No small task since I needed to remove the old subaru, add the new one, and make some adjustments to my coverages. Erik went the extra mile to run my rates against all the other companies out there and showed me some options for new companies for my insurance needs that would save me some money without sacrificing anything. Erik would get 5 stars from me if he was listed on here under employees. I plan to keep this car until it can't run any more, but ,if I ever need to buy a new subaru, I will come back to this dealer. More
