The sales and finance team at Sport Subaru enhanced the experience. We initially browsed the lot, without a salesman as we said we just wanted to look. After looking at our options with other brands, we contacted David, through the internet sales, and he answered questions about the warranties provided and helped start the financing ball rolling. After returning to the dealership, James and David provided a demonstration of the eyesight technology, and then we test drove several models that we were interested in buying. Once we settled on a vehicle James worked with us on all the paperwork and getting us a great price. Jonathan was very helpful in the finance department providing low interest rate, and talking through the other options for the vehicle. The car was prepped for us during this time period, and James finished everything up with showing us how to use the features in the vehicle. I like the concept and how the dealership works as a team. Came in an hour before closing knowing exactly what I wanted. They had two 6 speed Forresters on the lot and Christine was able to get me into one in just a couple of hours. Christine took me through the process as quickly and easy as possible. She also took the time to familiarize me with some of the features of the vehicle that was easy to understand. David Santiago was extremely helpful and was never a "pushy salesperson". He listened to my needs and we were able to negotiate a fair deal; meanwhile, Jonathan Frisby in the finance department was able to find me a MUCH better interest rate on my auto loan.
