Painless I can't think of too many things that are worse than the process of looking and buying a new car! I was dreading it! My experience with Sport Subaru and more specifically James Menzies was terrific! He was very professional and respectful of me and my time. He was incredibly knowledgeable of the product and I never felt uncomfortable or pressured. Though we couldn't make the deal work the first go around, he kept in touch and in the end we bought a great car at a very fair price. I would highly recommend James and Sport Subaru! More

I was an enjoyable experience, no pressure. We called on the phone to check on a particular vehicle we had found off of the internet and it was still there so we went to talk with Gabriel Doming We called on the phone to check on a particular vehicle we had found off of the internet and it was still there so we went to talk with Gabriel Dominguez and he was polite and helpful. He made it a relaxing time when these situations can be very challenging. We were very comfortable with making a deal that very same day and left with a deal that we were happy with. Also with Gabriel's help, when we went to finance to talk with Jonathan, he also made the time actually enjoyable as it could be. Thank you Gabriel and Jonathan for a job well done. My only critique would be that the vehicle was not detailed or the tank filled up as promised. More
