It's not great. Service department people are hit or miss. I have had various issues with my new truck, they never seem to get it right. Leave the vehicle messy a Service department people are hit or miss. I have had various issues with my new truck, they never seem to get it right. Leave the vehicle messy after service, etc. They don't really seem to understand the vehicles features and tech, I basically had to google things to figure them out. Salesman was a nice guy. One of the service reps totally dismissed me saying their techs are way too busy to show how something works, barely looked up from his computer. No loaner cars, but they have a shuttle service. Waiting area isn't as nice as some of the newer dealerships that have nice furniture, snacks, drinks, etc. Overall, I guess buying a $70K vehicle doesn't mean much these days. More

Nice and friendly. Very professional. Was a little disappointed that they didn't go down on the price a little, with the scratches, nicks and little dents. I gave 4 s Very professional. I gave 4 stars because when I got home there was a little puddle in my garage from where the SUV was parked. I put cardboard under the car, so once it sits overnight again, I will be able to tell.
