Quick and courteous I was taken care of right away. Staff was very friendly. A shuttle ride back to work was provided. I got a message letting me know the car was ready. Could not get service Came into the dealership 5 days ago to get my Toyota Tacoma serviced for the 55000 mile checkup the truck is in warranty the the service man basically Came into the dealership 5 days ago to get my Toyota Tacoma serviced for the 55000 mile checkup the truck is in warranty the the service man basically told me he did not have time to fool with it. And he drove through the shop then pulled it around front reset the service light and walked off. Then they proceeded to wait on a lady behind me an older Camry and serviced her car she did not have an appointment because I asked her and I did not either so what. I'm guessing was they could charge her a lot and not make any money off the warranty More

Happiness is a new Highlander We were very please with the courteous and unhurried manner in which the discussions about purchasing a new highlander were conducted. We were considering several options, and revisited the Toyota Knoxville several times, while we were working though them to get the ideal choice. Toyota personnel, especially Casey Allen, were very patient and willing to spend time with us while we worked to a decision. Casey's willing to work with us was an important part of us buying at Toyota Knoxville. We are extremely please with our final choice of the 2019 Highlander Limited and with our experience in obtaining it at Toyota Knoxville. More
