I always see a disconnect between what I get offered when setting my appointment on line and the service I actually get. This time, the online appointment tool required I want / or not a quote to purchase my setting my appointment on line and the service I actually get. This time, the online appointment tool required I want / or not a quote to purchase my car. When I dropped my car off, that was not even discussed. I am not going to sell my car or exchange it but I do hold the Dealer's on line offerings to standard and If you offer it in your website, it should translate to your "on the ground" service team that actually faces the customer. The same happens with any discounts. They are never clear or get applied to my service request. More
