I think this dealership is way overpriced. I paid less in Kansas City. I went to Longview and they give you free tire rotation, free car wash and here it seems like you do not get much at all I paid less in Kansas City. I went to Longview and they give you free tire rotation, free car wash and here it seems like you do not get much at all. I think that evaluation of your services and pricing needs to be addressed. I had oil change and tire rotation, tire light warning was on and then had a blow out. Windshield washer fluid was empty so not sure what was done exactly. Will bring back for my prepaid items but I will just get service in Longview TX. More

John from the starting phone call was very professional, friendly, & efficient. I was first told that they could to my car by 11:00. I took it in & dropped it off at 8:00, & John called me at 9:30 letting m friendly, & efficient. I was first told that they could to my car by 11:00. He also said that they would check the seal on my transmission as soon as I return from my trip, because it will still be under warranty. I am very grateful. More
