1 key fob available for vehicle. It was working fine during test drive. As I’m signing financial papers, key fob stops working and will not connect to vehicle while Levi is taking It was working fine during test drive. As I’m signing financial papers, key fob stops working and will not connect to vehicle while Levi is taking vehicle to get gas. I learn of this after I’ve signed papers and getting ready to leave. Too late to add a key fob replacement into the contract. Levi said to try a new battery. I did but key fob still doesn’t work and will not connect to vehicle. I tried to work with Levi to get the dealership to replace the key fob. Hayden White told him no. I left a message for both Hayden and Kyle White a week ago, but they have not called me back. Also, dealership had replaced 2 tires prior to listing vehicle. Dealership released the vehicle to me with a lose lug nut (safety concern). All lug nuts were present at dealership that evening but one was missing on the left front wheel after getting home. Clearly, it was not properly torqued by their service department. Not an ideal experience. More

Had my car not even 12 hours , the brakes are making a noise and rubbing, the a/c does not work on the driver side , I can’t get into the glove box and there is a part that is needed for the airbags so th noise and rubbing, the a/c does not work on the driver side , I can’t get into the glove box and there is a part that is needed for the airbags so the horn doesn’t work. I contacted the dealership and was told many different stories and so we called them out on the lie. I was told I would get a car to see if my downpayment would be returned or another vehicle. No one called and when I called I was treated rudely. I took a chance beside the reviews that I saw online when I should’ve believed what people was saying . This is not right and I will not stop fighting for my money back! And I was never told about a rate of 26.7 or ending Price of 60,000 and I have all texts and witnesses. More
