This dealership appears to be well managed in that operations are efficient, the environment is professional, and employees are collaborative. This was our 5th Honda that we purchased from Bianchi and my second Pilot. I was glad to see the body changes & upgrades that Honda made from my 2013 Pilot that I had for 7 years before I went to a different my second Pilot.
