The purchase was the only contact I had at the dealership. Originally John Taylor was more than accommodating, bringing the vehicle to my home & initiating the purchase. He set the appointment tim dealership. Originally John Taylor was more than accommodating, bringing the vehicle to my home & initiating the purchase. He set the appointment time for me to come to the dealership for delivery. It was on a Sunday at 11, which was the opening time. I waited an 1 1/2 hrs. The vehicle was not ready. I gladly would have accepted a later time to insure a timely delivery. Upon returning home I immediately texted a photo of the dent that was not repaired. The vehicle was backed in for delivery and I was never offered nor did I do a walk around. John Taylor assured me he would get it scheduled and repaired. That was 3 weeks ago and he has not responded to emails or texts. Very disappointing to be completely ignored. I am aware that part of the certification requires that any body damaged be corrected.
