Prior to the sale John Sullivan was friendly, attentive and most importantly not a high pressure salesman which was fantastic. John once he found out my interest in the Jeep Cherokee commenced to share it's features and seemed to be knowledgeable and informed about the Cherokee. I especially pleased with this as the last salesperson I saw at another dealer knew nothing about the Jeep Cherokee and it's feature unless it was read off the window sticker. Thanks John for knowing the product! The test drive was a good one and the John contined to share his knowledge of the Cherokee and answered all of our questions and took the time to be sure we were satified with our test drive and maintained his focus on our needs. The sale was made and the wait was minimul as the rest of the team at Finger Lakes Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram went to work completeing their parts of the sale. They all made us feel at home while the necessary paperwork was done and the Jeep was washed and detailed. More

John was an absolute dream to work with in general I have never liked working with car salesmen but John was not pushy and was the MOST HELPFUL salesman I have EVER had in all my car buying years. They didn't low ball me... they didn't do the I will see what price I can do with my manager.. They were and are the reason I tell people to go there and buy a car. My husband was impressed with their gentle way of dealing with me as I am not the kind of person a dealer wants to see coming as I do not like dealerships that do the I will check with my manager 5 times and still not give you a deal. I know what I want to pay when I go to a dealership and have walked out for $50.00 difference. So you see these guys were and are the best. They even like to see me now !!!!!!!!! Judy More

This is the best place to get a new truck or car and to have service done. I have been going here for many years and always had good experiences, but this time I had the best time ever.
