The finance agent Andre is unresponsive to phone messages and emails . I have attempted to contact him for four weeks with a simple question regarding my extended warranty? Wonderful experience at Koons. Set my appt on my app, was greeted immediately when I arrived, and Mike White was assigned to help me with my two repairs/concerns.
