This will come in handy when you want to learn how to program your phone for Bluetooth or want to learn how to use your new navigation system! John has laid back selling style that makes his customers very at ease when buying their new or used Toyota. On his days off, John enjoys spending time with his wife, son and dog as well as fishing and following his favorite sports team, the Boston Bruins!

We've been Lexus and Toyota customers for some 25 years and have owned two prior Highlanders. So when it came time to replace our 2011 Highlander, it wasn't a decision about which brand to buy, but which and have owned two prior Highlanders. So when it came time to replace our 2011 Highlander, it wasn't a decision about which brand to buy, but which dealer. After considering others, we chose Falmouth Toyota because of its relatively large inventory in this time of limited choice. We got a fair price for our trade and a very competitive price for our "new" 2018 Highlander with less than 30k miles. Steve Springer was knowledgeable, helpful and gracious ... thank you, Steve!
