Haven’t bought one in 18 years, so this was all new to me. He offered me a far better deal than other Toyota dealerships. Someone met us at the boat and took us up to the dealership so we could “kick the tires” and sign the papers. Bam! We came home with our new car! Complete with inspection sticker. Of course, learning to drive one of these babies is like learning to drive all over again but Ronnie made sure I knew the basics, like starting it and connecting the bluetooth. One trip off-island and it was done! I worked with John for financing and he was terrific, too. The facilities are clean, and we got a taste of that when we had to line up for an inspection sticker. It was down around zero this day, and it was great being inside when we had to exit the vehicle for the sticker. The waiting room is clean and everyone who passed through was pleasant. A table to re-charge anything you have to plug in, beverages and snacks. I hope I won’t have to take it back until its 5,000 mi. checkup, but I won’t mind a bit when I do. More

I needed something new and due to my own scheduling issues didn't have time for the back and forth negotiating. I knew I wanted a Highlander and chose Falmouth Toyota based on the great ratings they received. After I did an online search of their inventory Jeff contacted me. He made arrangements to meet with us within an hour, had the vehicle ready for test drive and completed the application process for financing including trading in two vehicles a half hour before I had to be on my way. My new Highlander was ready for delivery the next morning. I recently brought it in to have a remote starter installed. The service department and staff didn't disappoint. The waiting area is comfortable, staff friendly and professional and they provided me with a loaner vehicle for the day. More

I found all of the people who I dealt with to be knowledgeable and professional. They gave me a fair price based on my research of the local area. The sales people who I dealt with were not overbearing. They did not try to push a laundry list of useless dealer options on me like rust proofing, upholstery treatments, paint protection, etc. which had been very common in my previous auto purchasing experiences.
