She loves her car and enjoyed the Falmouth Toyota dealership experience when purchasing it a few months ago. She told me that she had gone to other dealerships and was turned off by the sales methods and chose Falmouth Toyota due to the service, the friendliness and overall experience. I am in the early stages of purchasing a new vehicle and was considering a Toyota but had no plans to car shop that day. I was hesitant to walk into the showroom due to my prior experience with car salesman. I was pleasantly greeted and asked what I was looking for. During the conversation, I was "heard" and no attempts were made to sell me anything that I did not want or would not meet my needs. The test drive of a used 2015 Toyota Rav was friendly and I was explained the features and enjoyed the drive. Jeff provided me with all the information that I needed, and understood that my husband would want to see the car and discuss next steps. A friendly follow up occurred over the internet. I did not end up purchasing the car at this time, due to other constraints, however, I would highly recommend Falmouth Toyota. When I let Jeff know that I would not be purchasing at this time, he was friendly and supportive. This was never my experience purchasing or not purchasing a car. I recommend and will end up purchasing from this dealership in the future when I move closer to the cape. More

The sales manager was personable and helpful...and it was perhaps my easiest auto purchase in nearly 50 years (I'm 64)! I LOVED the fact that the salesman, Glen, DID NOT PUSH at all. NO Pressure, which is unusual in my experience. He was a true gentleman. But, he had virtually no experience with this particular model. We were in it together to figure out many of the bells and whistles, and believe me there are many. I'm still reading the hefty owners manual 2 days later. I'm conflicted in saying anything negative about him...he's REALLY a nice guy. But, when one is purchasing a $30K item, a salesman should be intimately familiar with it. But overall, the experience was GREAT, and I'd HIGHLY recommend Falmouth Toyota to friends, family and all of you! More

When it was below zero degrees outside and I had my two daughters (who love the kids play room!), Steve went outside and drove my car in for the inspection - Justin stayed late the day before New Year’s Eve and prepped the loan paperwork for John and John closed things out and even let my kids play with his calculator! Such wonderful vibes at Falmouth Toyota - I would not think of doing business elsewhere! Well done! More
