Although I thought I was interested in my third Lexus, there weren't many to choose from at Falmouth. I looked at a couple of very low miled Camry's. Although "OK", I mentioned to Brian my salesman, "I wish I liked this car more." My issue was a 4 rather than a 6 cylinder. Brian suggested an Avalone. I test drove one, it was great and I was ready to buy. No pressure, Brian just solved a problem. We discussed the deal and said I wanted to think about it...no problem said Brian...again, elegant! I called back with a small adjusted counter offer which was immediately accepted. I went back the next day and made the purchase. I mentioned to Brian that there were no floor mats in the car or truck. He said that they were probably thrown our when the car was reconditioned. 5 days later, new factory made Toyota Avalon mats arrived at my door. Once again, elegant! Overall, a GREAT experience, a very fair deal with excellent customer service all the way around. More

I’ve always shopped at the other larger dealerships and walked out feeling frustrated and confused with whether or not I got a good deal. Everyone at Falmouth Toyota treated me with respect there was zero pressure and they explain all of the different finance nuances including all of the fees and finance charges upfront so that I understood how to actually get the best deal possible. This was hands-down the best purchasing experience of my life and I felt like they were trying to work with me to earn my long-term business. After having such a great experience I cannot imagine buying a Toyota from any other place and I know moving forward I will be buying vehicles from them in the future. More

However, this time I went in after purchasing a car from them 3 months earlier, because I was unhappy with my choice. There was nothing wrong with the car , it turned out that it was too small for me and just didn't fit my needs. I wasn't sure if I could "return a car" but figured it was worth going in to see. I could not have been more pleased with the way I was treated......the one thing I kept hearing from every person we spoke to there was, "we want you to be happy and love your car!" Our prior salesman, Jesse, was not there that day, so Steve helped us and later relayed to Jesse that we had come in and were trading in and buying a different vehicle. John made the paperwork quick and painless, and in no time at all, I was driving off in the perfect car! It is great to see that here, they work as a team. I cannot say enough about this dealership and how great everyone is there. By the time I drove off in my new vehicle, I felt that they meant what they said, that they want their customers to be happy! More

Then he helped set me up with a plan that worked for me, and even managed to work with the Toyota team to have my near-and-dear license plate transition to the new vehicle. Toyota was so good about letting me have a loaner car between when Toyota took our 14-year old Prius (also purchased at Falmouth Toyota) when I could pick up the new Rav. On pickup day, Justin was really knowledgeable about all the controls in the car (of which there are a great many new ones I’d never seen before), and he was also quite patient in answering all my questions about the new options and capabilities. Justin and the Toyota team were friendly and helpful throughout, and worked extremely hard to ensure I ended up with the right car, the right plan, and with a smile on my face.
