My car has been at the dealership for several weeks, and unfortunately, the original issue remains unresolved. It began with a repair to the sunroof, which had rarely been used but had already failed. Since that repair, I’ve experienced a persistent rattling noise from the headliner that has not been fixed.
I was told this noise is "normal" and comparable to other vehicles, but if that’s truly the case, it raises serious concerns about the quality standards of Mercedes-Benz. If a vehicle begins rattling after just three years of ownership, it’s hard to justify considering it a luxury brand.

Most recently brought my vehicle in and they failed the repair the same issue twice and ended up scratching the trim inside. It really shows the incompetence of the technicians. I am not sure if its a training issue or lack of oversight from the foreman.
