Jose let us test drive both cars; we selected the 2017 Escape. The general manager sweetened the deal and the finance guy was very helpful. We have purchased at least five cars from Fair Oaks Ford and always received excellent deals and service. More

My salesperson Craig Holsman has always been a pleasure to work with. Craig is very prompt with calls or emails, very knowledgeable of the product and is a very nice friendly person. I consider Craig a friend after all these years of purchasing vehicles from him and Fair Oaks Ford. I also have to give a shoutout to another great salesperson Serafin Castelan. Serafin is a pleasure to work with. On my latest purchase I also worked with Serafin and he made the whole experience wonderful. Serafin is a salesperson who knows his job inside and out and is a great asset to Fair Oaks Ford. Thanks to people like John Krajnovich (General Sales Manager), Craig Holsman and Serafin Castelan I will only purchase my vehicles at Fair Oaks Ford. My wife simply dislikes the entire car purchase process and avoids dealerships so she would not have to deal with any sales person. The Fair Oaks team understood her request for a quick process and had everything ready by the time that we completed our test drive. The finance process was quick! We have purchased our past several vehicles from Clint Schreiber and will continue to do so in the future. Clint is never pushy and always goes above and beyond to find us exactly what we want. He is patient even when we are "high maintenance." This time around we also had the pleasure of dealing with Bob Wojtan. Bob took the time to explain all our options to us but was still respectful of our time. I would highly recommend this dealership as well as Clint Schreiber and Bob Wojtan to anyone on the market for a new Ford or Lincoln. More
