I have recomended Fair Oaks Ford to all my family and friends for future vehicle purchases. Customer service is a 5 because the sales manager jumped through hoops to make me happy. Friendliness is a 5 because everytime I walked in the sales personel greeted me and John would be sure and say hi. through hoops to make me happy. Overall experience is a 5 because after I bought my car I noticed a small dent after I had left the dealership. I called to tell them I found this and they repaineted and fixed the area and gave me free loaner cars for over a week when the work was being done. I gave the price a 5 because they beat everyone elses price. More
