We decided late Monday night to go to Grand Prairie Ford to just look at the new F-250. We met with Jackie Mercer and told him a few specifics we were looking for and he said give me a minute and I'll pull to just look at the new F-250. We then had a no hassle, laid back review of the pricing, no low balling on our trade and no hidden fees. It was the last day of the month and they were getting really busy but Jackie kept his calm demeanor the entire time. Even called us the next day to check in and thank us again! Pretty disappointing experience. Tried to buy 3 different trucks at advertised price only to find its just a bait and switch operation. They also tried to pull the "cant find your keys" game while they work trucks at advertised price only to find its just a bait and switch operation. What a great experience!! Have just bought two vehicles from this dealership in the last month. Jon Jenson is a fantastic and obviously hard working sales manager. Josie Carillo, the sales associate that sold my son his truck, was easy to work with and went out of his way to make things right for us. Jackie Mercer was the sales associate that sold me his car and he was extremely friendly and helpful. Both were very pleasant to deal with. Karla Corralejo, in finance, was extremely nice!!!When I picked up my car I had trouble figuring out the sync system since it was slightly different than my previous Ford. John Huey came out to help me with setting this up and was very pleasant and patient with me while we set this up. All in all this was a very pleasant experience with warm and ki d people to deal with. I highly recommend Grand Prairie Ford!!!! More
