I've been with Byers Dublin Subaru since January of 2016, I joined "The Hometown Team" simply because they do the right thing for their employees and customers alike. I have been in sales for over 20 years and selling Subaru's is the best by far. They make a great product and take care of their customers just like the Byers Family. I am married with three boys and my wife drives a Subaru as well. Amazingly positive and straightforward experience I worked with four different individuals throughout the process and all of them showed a genuine care for making it a smooth and successful experience I worked with four different individuals throughout the process and all of them showed a genuine care for making it a smooth and successful experience. The enthusiasm for their own Subarus was obvious. Price negotiations were as straightforward as it gets - no nonsense at all. Final price was lower than I had expected to pay and all accessories were installed as expected. Honestly all of them went the extra mile. More

Importance of Dealer/Customer relations I had an experience with a dealer that brought me to Byers Subaru. I had another make vehicle that I was very happy with but I developed a problem wh I had an experience with a dealer that brought me to Byers Subaru. I had another make vehicle that I was very happy with but I developed a problem while traveling. I took it to a factory authorized \ dealer and they diagnosed the problem and charge me a bundle to fix. After leaving the area the same problem came back but now I had left that area. I went to other factory authorized dealers and the report came back that the diagnosis was wrong. The dealer providing the original diagnosis did nothing to back the diagnosis. I was hundreds of miles away and could do nothing. I contacted the manufacturers customer care and they would do nothing, So, I decided to go to another manufacturer and as I looked Byers Subaru was very professional and understanding. I got a new car and they took my troubled vehicle but with a big finacial loss to me personally. The experience with Byers Subaru was excellent. No going back to the sales managers office, no fiddling around they made me a deal that I thought was the best way to minimize my losses. To date the service and professionalism has been outstanding. I would recommend Byers Subaru to anyone. More

Always Perfect! Byers Dublin is always wonderful - everyone is so helpful but no one is pushy. The employees are professional and always ready to help. I always get Byers Dublin is always wonderful - everyone is so helpful but no one is pushy. The employees are professional and always ready to help. I always get the feeling that people are being honest with us and they never come across as sales robots - always as humans who are working with us to accomplish our car-buying goals. We have just purchased our second car from Atef Behery and Byers Dublin, and I intend to continue purchasing cars from Byers and from Atef as long as we are living in Columbus. I wholeheartedly recommend this dealership. More
