John was highly responsive, often texting or emailing within a short time. He shot straight with us and we found no surprises when we went to pick up our car. John did not pressure us and made sure he answered all our questions. The business manager explained the process and all went smoothly. Switched Toyota Dealerships Since moving to Indianapolis several years ago my wife and I have purchased two vehicles from a Toyota dealership in Indy. We thought we had a good r Since moving to Indianapolis several years ago my wife and I have purchased two vehicles from a Toyota dealership in Indy. We thought we had a good relationship with this group and were looking to purchase a used Prius. Unfortunately the one we were looking at sold. So then I looked at Cars.com and truecar.com and didn't see anything. So I went to the dealership that had sold the used vehicle to look at a new Prius. Test drove the car and liked what I drove. Had a conversation with my sales consultant and decided to have a 2018 Prius and 2018 Rav4 quote from the finance team to see if I could actually purchase two new cars for my wife and I. When I left the dealership something I filled out at one of the previous mentioned websites must have triggered some local dealerships to call me. One of those sales consultants was John Goodpaster. I explained to John about wanting a new Prius and Rav4. He looked into it and said he would give me the best price on the vehicles he could. John was able to beat the old dealership I was looking at by more than $75 and no money down! (Other dealership wanted me to bring $1000 to the table). John is committed to excellence and making sure he gets the best deal for you and your family! The team we worked with at Ed Martin was amazing! I always stop and talk with my salesman, John Goodpaster, as I'm sure I'll be upgrading to a Tundra in future., and I say hello to Derek Manis, sales manager as I've known him for years and bought a new 2007 Corolla from him way back. Good folks to deal with! I took a friend to John and she bought a 2018 RAV4 today. All went smoothly with no pressure and she is very happy! Way to go guys, and I'll be back! More
