I had another great experience as a repeat customer at Ed Martin Toyota! My sales representative was friendly, knowledgeable, responsive and did an excellent job locating a vehicle for me at the right price Martin Toyota! My sales representative was friendly, knowledgeable, responsive and did an excellent job locating a vehicle for me at the right price. The finance representative did an excellent job as well. He gave me a great deal on an extended warranty, maintenance contract and secured a reasonable interest rate for my loan. More

Superb Customer Experience! From start to finish, I felt very comfortable working towards the purchase of my new 2020 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid XSE! My sales professional, John Goodpas From start to finish, I felt very comfortable working towards the purchase of my new 2020 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid XSE! My sales professional, John Goodpaster, was very humble, down to Earth as well as very professional and knowledgable. Not one question went unanswered which was very much appreciated. I didn't feel rushed or pressured which is typically what deters me from visiting car dealerships, thank you! I also appreciated that they were open to negotiating my trade-in price to make sure I was getting the best possible deal! The finance manager that I worked with, Sam Smith, was so kind, precise and professional. All the information for financing my new vehicle, warranties, trade and payment information was explained very clearly and efficiently. Sam was happy to answer or re-explain anything that I had questions about. He was a pleasure to wrap the deal up with! This dealership really is next level when it comes to an excellent buying experience. I'm extremely happy with everything. The proactive measures in place for sanitation was also appreciated during this pandemic. The dealership had hand sanitizer everywhere, plexiglass barriers where necessary, and the staff wore face masks while assisting customers.
