We went to Dana to look at a Maverick Truck and was told it could take up to a year due to COVID delays and part shortages. Even knowing that we (my daughter and I) decided to place an order as she really l it could take up to a year due to COVID delays and part shortages. Even knowing that we (my daughter and I) decided to place an order as she really liked the new Maverick design. We were very surprised when a manager,during one of my weekly calls informed us that there was a similar truck recently received but was available as a cancelled order. We went to the dealership and without any delay we quickly walked through all the steps and drove the vehicle off the lot. Thank you to our sales person Jorge ( and every one else involved)for orchestrating the perfect purchase experience during these crazy COVID times. Thank you Dana!!! More
