During my test ride he was on a personal call 90% of time ..he couldn’t answer a simple question about car keys .. A seasoned manager took over and I bought the car..Because it was the right car , right mileage & great condition.The best part was I could stay with Ford Finance … I had 2 unpleasant interactions with their GM He didn’t understand or didn’t want to hear about how bad his rep ….represented Dana Ford. .. It’s a bad time to buy a car where ever you go. More

i just came back from Dana in SI and i was pleasantly surprised. went with my husband and 5 year old and was absolutely dreading this experience. i already had an explorer and ran the lease out and neede surprised. went with my husband and 5 year old and was absolutely dreading this experience. i already had an explorer and ran the lease out and needed a new one. the market is cr@p and its not the dealer or sales peoples fault but i was afraid i was going to have to do a lot of back and forth AND WE DIDNT! we told them what we wanted where we can compromise and what we needed and the price point and the equity in the old lease and were shocked they meet us where we wanted to be and with LITTLE to no negotiation. Jorge was ABSOLUTELY GREAT TO DEAL WITH. he was honest, efficient and understanding and not pushy at all. we came out a few hours later with no meltdowns by either my husband or 5 YO with a new lease. Very happy with the experience and i was shocked because i hear horror stories of this location. none were the case today, and it definitely was due to the honest salesman who knew how to talk to people with respect and honesty. great experience today and I thank you Jorge! More
