We have spent time with Hez Ottley who is know as the BMW Genius and that seems to be true. He has very patiently gone over the electronics that makes a BMW special and was patient while explaining the details. I listened, and for over 7 years, I relied on Flemington BMW's service department. I was so impressed with EVERYTHING. These folks live and breathe customer service. When the time came for a new ride, I knew - without question - that I would purchase through Flemington BMW. I worked with John for the trade-in, Agata to learn which make and model best fit my needs and budget, and then with Noha to learn the finance and maintenance options. Listen - this is an outstanding group of people. I never felt pressured; I always felt respected and well cared for, and that I was much more than "just a sale." I highly recommend Flemington BMW. They say they are committed to making every customer's car buying experience as positive and pleasant as possible, and they actually follow through on that commitment.
