My wife had choosen a Hyundai Genesis Coupe as the vehicle she wanted. As it turned out the manufacture had switched plants and had to re-tool their equipment for production. The production was slow b vehicle she wanted. As it turned out the manufacture had switched plants and had to re-tool their equipment for production. The production was slow but when the Dealerships started recieving them they were holding the prices high. I have been purchasing vehicles over the internet since 1999 and always request the internet manager. As it turns out, all the Dealers want to claim to have one but not all really do cause you can tell the difference. If you have to wait till you get to the dealership to get the price, they do not know what they are doing. The price should be quoted from dealer cost plus or minus. Just as soon as a salesperson says they have to to their manager, I am leaving. John did his job well and seems to work for a dealership that can and will deal with internet customers. More

We had stopped by just to browse about a month before we We had stopped by just to browse about a month before we purchased our new vehicle. When we walked in, we were quickly greated by John Booth and to We had stopped by just to browse about a month before we purchased our new vehicle. When we walked in, we were quickly greated by John Booth and told him that we were simply looking to browse and determine what we wanted. With other dealers, that's typically were the conversation would change and we would be ignored- but not with John. John took us out to the lot, browsing multiple cars and even taking a few models for a ride- answering all our questions and never once acting as if we were wasting his time. When we returned later that month, we were ready to buy. Once again John, was quick to greet us and set us up with the perfect car at a great price. I've sent multiple friends back to Universal Hyundai and specifically John Booth. He is truly one of the good guys. More

Less than five minutes after we had entered what car we were looking for, Mr. John Booth had emailed us and called us to help. We made an appointment with John and then due to unforeseen circumstances we h were looking for, Mr. John Booth had emailed us and called us to help. We made an appointment with John and then due to unforeseen circumstances we had to change it and John was very accommodating with our schedule. When we arrived at the dealer a young lady approach us asked if we were looking for someone and we asked for Mr. John Booth, mean while the lady showed us to the refreshment area in the event that we wanted any. John showed up immediately and right away showed us the car that he had already parked in front for us to test drive, he worked with us to get the right price and they went the extra mile to give us the right price for the car we wanted and the trade. The gentleman who got the financing done and all the papers was very nice and helpful. John got everything done for us and then gave us lessons on the operations of all the gadgets in our new Sonata, the manager came and thank us for buying the car. Already our daughter and her husband, whom accompanied us, are talking about going back to see Mr. John Booth and all the helpful people at Universal Hyundai. More

I have never been a fan of dealerships...until I dealt with Universal Hyundai and my salesman John Booth! I had a great experience purchasing my new car, John made an experience that is normally very str with Universal Hyundai and my salesman John Booth! I had a great experience purchasing my new car, John made an experience that is normally very stressful Into a day that was fun and stress free. Also super helpful was the "class" John had with me in my car before I left. He helped me set up the bluetooth and learn how to use all the features of the car. He never made me feel stupid or rushed, he was incredibly patient. I would UBER recommend this dealership and saleaman ro anyone looking for a car!!!! Universal Hyundai treats customers like people, not numbers. They care and it shows. I will definitely return here when its time to trade my car!! More
