Southern did reach out to me after I made my initial review. They again promised to send the missing jack and instead of taking responsibility for not sending it, Southern tried to blame everyone else including the shipper. As of this post, I still have not received the missing jack as promised. Please don’t waste your time with this company. Worst experience I’ve ever had with a dealership! Zero stars!
