The wrong part was ordered to repair my cover for the bed of my new pickup. I have driven to Front Royal and back 2 times for this repair form Alexandria. The sad thing is no one even apologized for the mis of my new pickup. I have driven to Front Royal and back 2 times for this repair form Alexandria. The sad thing is no one even apologized for the mistake. This is the 3rd time I have had a negatiave experience and no one has cared to reply. Pretty Sad. Now I am waiting again for a replacement part. More

Service Department was friendly, considering I was there early on a Saturday Morning.
