I love working in the auto industry, surrounded by a great team, and helping serve the most incredible customers. Guests can rely on me for high-quality service, professionalism, accuracy, honesty, and friendliness. When it comes to my free time, I’m a big fan of sports and various series. I played multiple sports, but basketball was my favorite. Throughout the years, I earned many trophies for the game and had the opportunity to travel to many places. Overall, I enjoy life and love helping others!

I was supposed to receive a free oil change. I came in with my “Service Due Soon” light on, under 24k miles, & a 2024 HRV. My advisor charged me for my oil change. No supervisors are returning I came in with my “Service Due Soon” light on, under 24k miles, & a 2024 HRV. My advisor charged me for my oil change. No supervisors are returning my calls & my service advisor, Joel, lied like my oil life was at 20%. I’ve had a Honda since 2019; I know that “Service Due Soon” means 15% oil life. Joel refuses to return my calls & is avoiding me! More
