It has always been my goal to give a different experience than your typical finance transaction. I really do ask myself what kind of experience would I want if I was buying a car. I would want low pressure, informative, fun, and above helpful. Yes my job is to sell protection but in my experience warranties usually pay for themselves after one use now that the cost of parts and labor is so high. I consider myself a true professional in the industry and work hard everyday to help not only customers but my teammates as well. That type of mentality comes from the very top and I think most people know that Henry and Mimi actually believe in taking care of the customer always and doing what is right always. I'll never leave HB GMC. Best Dealership EVER!

There was never any high pressure sales form Butch. He pre-qualified you by asking how much you wanted to spend and what type vehicle you wanted. He took the time to go over all of the features the vehicl pre-qualified you by asking how much you wanted to spend and what type vehicle you wanted. He took the time to go over all of the features the vehicle had. There was a lot to remember, so Butch reminded us he was only a phone call away. Top notch service from a top notch guy! I will definitely be back for my next purchase. Next was finance there was never any high pressure sales for extended warranty. I felt the whole experience was great. It took less than an hour to do the paperwork. More

The minute my fiancé walked into the building we were treated with the upmost respect by not only the owner Blake Brown but all the staff. The customer service is what sold us! To us customer service is key and not having to deal with salespeople just trying to get another sale sold our deal, we can’t say enough how appreciated we felt as a customer and how great Blake and his team treated us. We would 100% recommend buying a vehicle from this dealership and are beyond happy with the service we were given in purchasing our brand new 2020 Sierra GMC Denali!
