Always a good experience I always feel well taken care of at Metro. I've been going there long enough that the service managers know my name and are always kind and do their I always feel well taken care of at Metro. I've been going there long enough that the service managers know my name and are always kind and do their best to get me the best deal. I'm a teacher so I'm always looking to cut corners where I can, and they are always honest about what really needs to be done. This past time they looked at my usb port for no extra charge and gave me a new USB cord. This was much appreciated! It is also always a comfortable waiting area experience. There are spaces to work if you need to get stuff done while there. Thank you Metro! More

They always take good care of me My care is a 2005. I have had every oil change, maintenance service and repair done at Metro Toyota simply because they take good care of me. I have had my favorite service advisers over the years. Some have relocated, retired or left the business. However, my current favorite adviser, Joe Rogers is the best. I can call him and he assures me that I will be taken care of because he knows that my job requires travel. If a repair will take long, I am offered a rental. I am always given options and advice as to the best direction for me to take. I appreciate the thoughtfulness and time invested in making sure I am happy when I leave the well-maintained waiting area. More
