I live in the Chicagoland area. I travel over an hour and a half up to Napleton in Milwaukee because of their sales department, their management team as well as their service department is top notch. Lexus of Brookfield deserves MORE than 5 stars. I wish this was an option! Every time I go whether it’s for service/ or at the dealership, I feel like a VIP member.
