We'd been searching on-line for a couple of weeks (without success I might add) for a car that had to be white in color. Bob did some searching and found what we were looking for. "Let's make this happen." That's Bob! He made a few phone calls, ordered the purchasing process, the car was delivered, and we drove out in the Lexus we absolutely love. I have to say my buying experience at Lexus of Brookfield was great. My sales person "MK" was very professional and informative. He answered all our questions and kept us updated thru the whole bu Brookfield was great. My sales person "MK" was very professional and informative. One thing that was a negative is how they show the price of the car and then add on additional costs when they write it up. I'm not talking things like fee's, they were additional items the dealer added to the car. This wasn't something in MK's control so it's not a reflection on him but more so on the dealership itself and how they choose show their pricing. More

The sales team at Brookfield WI made my purchase of Lexus RX 350h very smooth. They kept me apprised of the manufacturing date, delivery date, etc. since there was a wait for these SUVs. I knew I always wanted to get a Lexus someday but until I could for the last 20 years I bought 5 Nissans from the same dealership.
