Doug listened to our needs/wants and we were able to navigate through the negotiations somewhat painlessly. I believe Doug did "all that he could" to make us happy and get the deal done. So far, we are extremely pleased with our two, yes two, new vehicles. My wife is now driving a 2013 Toyota Venza AWD and I drive a 2013 Toyota Camry SE. Both are exactly what we were looking for in our new vehicles. Handy's Service Center has always been our favorite. They have always been able to squeeze us in on short notice (even if the vehicle wasn't purchased through them). They have always been willing to escort us to work or other when needed. I would highly recommend this dealership for not only the purchase of a new vehicle but also for the service follow ups. I/we are truly happy to be back with such a great dealership. Ali Kamal is the only salesman I have ever encountered who does not push. Rather, he treats my husband and I as the careful buyers that we are. Manager Steve Courville is also straightforward and willing to explain everything from regional "trade-in" values to listing a car on Craig's list.
