I have purchased 5 cars now from Handy Toyota since 2001 so I'd say they have a pretty great relationship. I've done business with them from the get go and you can see I've been back 4 more times. They take care that you know how to operate all the functions on the vehicle. It is always spotless and looks like a gem. They even gave me the information I need in case I have car trouble on the way to Virginia. I shall miss them all, but may just drive back up here for my next vehicle instead of purchasing from VA which is right next to the Kentucky plant. Thank you for allowing them to service me. Wanted a certain color exterior and interior and had a balance owed on my tradein. Doug went all out to find the car I wanted and get it to the dealership in a quick manner. He made sure that I got a fair deal on the payoff of my car and ensured that the financing was the best I could get. He was extremely helpful in answering all my questions, some of which I'm sure were stupid. Even though I bugged him several times his friendly manner never waivered. Can't say enough about Doug. Also have been impressed with Joe in the Service Dept who goes out of his way to answer all questions and make sure that my wants are taken care of. Love this dealership. Ali was patient and not pushy,very easy to work with . Only negative was the finance folks tried to jig the interest rate after the fact: Offered lower interest rate than quoted but with a "service charge" that actually made the loan more expensive. Could have been an honest error but as with any dealer, READ EVERYTHING. Buying a car is never "fun" but this was as easy and hassle-free as it could be. More

I am greated with a friendly smile and addresed by first name. The service is perfomed on time and at reasonable price. The guys always go the extra mile to keep me happy. I just bought my third Prius during the Toyota lease rate/rebate promotion in April. I picked Handy's because I wanted a hybrid and I wanted to support a local dealership in my community. Well as luck would have it, Handy's has been everything an owner could desire from a local competent friendly and customer service oriented neighborhood business - All with competitive pricing and the best of can do attitudes. Expect a smile, an answer, honest respect, a great deal and excellent service thereafter when you buy from Handy's; you'll be back for another the next time you need to buy or lease a vehicle! Joseph Luneau and Kyle Palmer Service Reps who insure the maintenance and the service of our vehicles, have always been very friendly, kind and always conduct themselves as professionals going above and beyond to meet our vehicle, financial and personal needs. Though I haven’t had the pleasure of meeting Handys Toyotas Service Technicians, when our vehicles are being serviced the wait times have always been minimal with regards to routine maintenance. We have never had to return a vehicle for repeat maintenance which is a testament to the Handys Toyotas Service Technicians attention to details and professionalism. The care of our vehicles and the safety of my family are in the hands of the Handy Toyota Service Department and their Service Technicians when our vehicles are serviced by them. I was very pleased when he even gave us a fair deal on trade in of an older Jeep. Mike did the same for a coworker of mine recently. He was very pleased with how easy the purchasing process was with Mike. Mike has been a terrific salesman, always remembering us when we are in for service, and calling to see how things are going on just the right schedule. Never pushy, but just like an old friend. I have since brought both vehicles back for normal maintenance and had terrific service experience every time! I live 30 miles away, with another Toyota dealer within 5 miles, and I still bring my cars to Handy's because of their service. Highly recommended. More
